Congratulations on becoming a CSA Member!
This yearly membership fee gives you access to purchase produce, seedlings, and meals prepared at Pilgrim Terrace Cooperative Homes. Produce and prices are subject to change, so please visit our CSA page on our website through the QR code where we update our available produce and prices.
We have put your information into our point of sale system, Clover, so before you receive your card, we will utilize Clover to track your transactions with us. We will offset your initial membership expense equal to 100% of your annual membership fee.
For example, if you purchase a single membership that is $50 yearly, then your membership account will be programmed with a credit of $50 that you can use towards the produce, seedlings, and meals prepared at Pilgrim Terrace Cooperative Homes.

Pilgrim Terrace Cooperative Home Meals
- Open Monday-Friday from 11:30am-1:30pm
- Please make a reservation with Jenn Skinner at jskinner@mjhousingandservices.com at least 24 hours in advance so our chefs know how many meals to make (take-out or in-person dining).
- Our monthly meal calendar will be on our website.
- Pick-up meals no later than 4:00pm.
- If you bring a guest, they can eat 1 meal before they need to become a CSA member
Produce & Microgreen Purchases and Benefits
- Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm
- We will create your produce box based on your interests
- Prices will vary based on hydroponic produce, microgreens, and organic soil produce you receive.

- HARVEST TO PLATE- Our produce is delivered the same day of harvest, so it is guaranteed fresh.
- LIVE PRODUCE- Our produce is pesticide-free, nutrient-rich, and unbelievably fresh. We sell our produce LIVE, so the produce still has the root system attached. This creates an incredible difference to the taste, texture, and the overall health of the produce.
Median Prices
- Four-Course Pilgrim Terrace Meal: $15 per meal
- Hydroponic Produce: $3.99 each
- Seedlings: $2.00 per seedling
- Herbs $2.00 per bundle
- Please inquire with the farm crew for prices of edible flowers, microgreens, seasonal fruit, and vegetables.
